Disinfectant with a washing effect

DESCRIPTION

Detergent disinfectant for preventive and necessary disinfection of production facilities and technological equipment at meat processing, poultry, fish processing and dairy industries, slaughterhouses. Visually Smake-DES is a clear liquid from yellow to dark yellow in color, and may be opalescent. The product is released packaged in plastic bottles with a capacity of 0.5 and 1 l, in plastic screw-top cans with a capacity of 1 to 50 l, plastic barrels up to 200 l.

BENEFITS

Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, which is part of the product, has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, viruses and fungi.

When frozen and frozen-thawed, it does not lose its activity.

There is no need to remove the worst livestock products — all productive qualities are preserved.

INGREDIENTS

The Smake-DES product contains alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (3.5%) as an active ingredient, and nonionic surfactants, alkaline components, a complexing agent and purified drinking water as excipients.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Smake-DES has antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram positive bacteria (including bacteria, groups, Escherichia coli, staphylococci, salmonella).

The product has detergent properties.

It does not have corrosive properties, does not damage plastic, rubber and wood products, does not discolor fabrics, does not lock up organic pollution and is easily washed off with water.

INDICATIONS FOR USE

Smake-DES can be used, combined with washing, for preventive and necessary disinfection of production facilities and technological equipment at meat processing, poultry, fish processing and dairy industries, slaughterhouses with 0.5 1.5% aqueous solutions by hand wiping, irrigation, immersion, circulation in the car.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Prepare a working solutions of the agent by diluting it with drinking water.

The Smake-DES agent has a disinfecting ability in a solution concentration of at least 0.5%. When using the agent as a detergent disinfectant, it is necessary to adjust the concentration towards its increase depending on the type of pollution, its consistency and the degree of adsorption by the equipment surface in order to ensure the required detergent action along with the disinfectant.

It is advisable to use working solutions of the agent in cases where the equipment will be involved in the production process within the next 6 hours after the sanitization.

SHELF LIFE

3.5 years from the date of production. The shelf life of working solutions is no more than 14 days.
