Concentrated antiseptic and disinfectant liquid

DESCRIPTION

Concentrated wide-spectrum aseptic and disinfectant liquid agent, intended for preventive and necessary disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision. Visually Smake-15PAV is a clear, colorless or light yellow liquid that foams when shaken. Mixes easily with water in any ratio. The product is released packaged in 1; 5; 10; 20; 30 l in plastic cans of appropriate capacity or 200 l in plastic barrels.

BENEFITS

Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and glutaraldehyde, which are part of the product, have a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, viruses and fungi.

When frozen and frozen-thawed, it does not lose its activity.

There is no need to remove the worst livestock products — all productive qualities are preserved.

INGREDIENTS

The product contains a quaternary ammonium compound — alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride - 15 ± 5.0% and glutaraldehyde - 15 ± 5.0% — as active ingredients, and purified drinking water as excipient.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Smake-15PAV has a wide spectrum of action against causative agents of dangerous infectious diseases of various etiologies — bacterial, viral, fungal (anthrax, infectious rhinotracheitis, foot and mouth disease, African swine fever, rinderpest, poultry aspergillosis, trichophytosis, scab, tuberculosis, etc.)

INDICATIONS FOR USE

Smake-15PAV can be used for preventive and necessary disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision:

a)livestock, including poultry, fur-breeding premises, the technological equipment and equipment for caring for animals located there;

b)road transport, railway cars and other types of vehicles used for the transportation of animals, raw materials of animal origin, as well as places where animals are gathered (territory and other objects of pre slaughter animals housing, markets, exhibitions etc.);

c)premises, facilities and equipment in zoos, circuses, nurseries, vivariums, veterinary hospitals and clinics;

d)overalls for operating personnel;

e)for refueling disinfection mats and disinfection barriers.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Disinfection shall be carried out with aqueous solutions of Smake 15PAV by means of irrigation, immersion, wiping or with an aerosol obtained using aerosol generators, after thorough mechanical cleaning and washing of the premises.

For preventive disinfection, use a 0.17% solution at a consumption rate of 0.3 l / m2 and an exposure time of 20 minutes.

For causative agents of 1 and 2 groups of resistance to disinfectants use a 0.34% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure time of 20 minutes.

Disinfection for African swine fever and foot and mouth disease shall be carried out with a 0.85% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 20 minutes. Disinfection for focal African swine fever shall be carried out with a 1.7% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure of 3 hours.

For causative agents of 3 resistance group use a 1.7% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure time of 30 minutes.

For causative agents of 4 resistance group use a 5.1% solution at a consumption 2 rate of 0.5 l / m and an exposure time of 1 hour.

For aerosol disinfection, use a 20% solution at a consumption rate of 2 ml / m3 of the treated space.

Fill disinfection mats with 0.85% solution of the agent, that should be refilled on a daily basis.

Fill disinfection barriers with 1.7% solution of the agent, that should be refilled as and when pollution occurs.

Disinfection of road transport, railway cars shall be carried out with a 1.7% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25 l / m2 and an exposure of 30 minutes

SHELF LIFE

5 years from the date of production. The shelf life of working solutions is no more than 14 days.
